The Ts’il Kaz Koh Lakes Monitoring Program is a project that aims to collect baseline water quality data to establish standards for lakes within the Ts’il Kaz Koh Traditional Territory. Developing these standards is crucial for Ts’il Kaz Koh's ultimate goal of implementing the Ts’il Kaz Koh Water Law, enabling the community to become stewards of their waters. The project, led and conducted by Ts’il Kaz Koh, emphasizes involving youth from the community. Ts’il Kaz Koh has long relied on unrestricted access to their water. Ongoing protection of these waters ensures that future generations can enjoy the same access.
